Larger items are carefully package in triple-wrap tubes/boxes. Smaller items are shipped flat in sturdy packaging. If you have a chance to refuse delivery of an item you would like to return, you are encouraged to do so, but please notify us of the refusal. FreeArt.com fully guarantees that your order will arrive in mint condition.

Our Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. You may return items for a refund within 30 days of receiving any merchandise. A store credit will be issued for framed or serviced items. We cannot accept the following returns:

• Any order returned more than 30 days after it was received
• Any damaged or otherwise non-resalable print

We abide by the following refund policy:

• FreeArt.com will refund you in the same form of payment originally used to purchase the item per the conditions listed below
• We give a full refund for any order that arrives damaged or in error
• A store credit will be issued for framed or serviced items.

• Shipping charges are not refundable
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are not applicable to damaged returns
• Coupon/promotional discounts used will be deducted from the refund
