site was unusable; spoke with a represemtable but still was unable to place the order I needed for church. Specifically, I did not have the time required to complete my needs in one sitting so when I tried to come back later to finish, it appeared I needed to start over; when I realized I was double ordering I could not remove the extras this happened with 2 different prints. I was disappointed because I really needed the Ascension print for May 13.

In the past great but we had to pay the postage when our post office received the art. I’ve emailed FreeArt about the issue but no response yet.

I never got my purchase.

I placed my order in on July 23rd. My order was acknowledged and that is all. I haven't heard anything from then since that date.!?

I never received the print I ordered. Have yet to check to see if I was billed for the shipping.

I was expecting posters for the wall's and received some very small less than a table mat size and smaller. Disappointing

I was so looking forward to my artwork but it arrived bent beyond repair. Beautiful but bent.

Not worth paying the shipping, I can print them cheaper.

The item I ordered came bent. I contacted both the USPS and FreeArt. FreeArt did not get back to me at all. One star based on customer service.

I like the little frame but I can't tell if they applied the sepia tint or it's just a horrible print. I really like the clever little frame though.

FreeArt sent the prints quickly, so I appreciate that, but the quality of the prints (painting of The Fall of Icarus) was poor: blurry, odd, unusual colors, not enough detail to represent the painting. I bought the prints to use as part of a class lesson—but I can’t use them.
