Print had a crease. Cardboard packaging was thin and did not prevent creasing in transport. Print quality is good, but cannot use as was damaged.

Did not send the free 11\" by 14\" . All other items shipped as expected. The postage cost was only $2. They charge 1.99 shipping and handling per item. So if you get the 10 items it works out to an extra $8.90 handling.

I thought that I was purchasing a download..

Service was efficient and the shipping was fast - BUT the actual quality fo the art work lacked sharpness in the image.

Ordered the featured picture and it was not what it looked like on the site. Color was pink instead of purple. Other pictures ordered including the additional purple ones had beautiful color.

1st order was perfect. This was my 2nd order. All pics were bent. Some on the side in the border, the larger across the whole top. Shipped in a flimsy envelope, left on the door step when rain was due. Better packaging needed.

The pictures are great - but the cardboard in the envelope needs to be thicker or stiffer so that the postman doesn't bend them

It's been a week and supposedly shipped but I haven't received it yet.

ordered an 11 x 14 of the Mona Lisa and it does not fit my frame cuz it was not 11 inches wide more like 10 inches - was very disappointed

Ordered on July 3rd; but , have not received it yet. Although when sent an email inquiry, they replied promptly with “ It is usually taking 2 weeks rather than the 5 to 10 business days”.

My experience was great!! I would have given them 5 stars but the letters that I ordered came in different sizes. One was an 8x10 I'm not sure what size the other letters are...I'm trying to figure out how to use them the way I wanted to now. Kind of disappointed.

Ordered wrong size 4x4”. Ordered 7/3 & it arrived 7/14. Will reorder correct size now.

Have not received merchandise as of 11/5/2020

Thought the picture would be on a board canvas, not sure why. When done I need to stretch the canvas. Right now struggling to paint in these teeny tiny spaces to get the detail someone thinks the picture needs. A slow process to paint maybe never finishing.

Received prints as promised. Slightly damaged.

Hello, The art I purchased from FreeArt was beautiful and considering I only paid for postage and standard shipping took 9 days for delivery was acceptable. I requested my 8x10 art come without a border. However, since the actual image is 7x9 and the size of the paper is 8x10, there is blank space on the image resembling a border. In order for the image to be borderless, the image must completely fill the paper which it does not.

Fast mailing for the good free art, all you pay is shipping. Now, the problem is the limits of the free art. It is good but they save the better material for paying. I guess that just business practice. Overall, I like the site. It could offer more, let's say, in the way of fine art as well.
