A fun shopping experience, and my "free art" arrived as promised! Very nice, high quality images.

The picture quality is always fantastic, however, most pictures arrive slightly bent as the cardboard used isn’t stiff enough to withstand the abuse of the Post Office.

The art and the printing is

Browsing through the art was easy. Being able to distinguish between the variance in prices for purchase was easily navigated. The site is set up well with all required information visible.

Selection and speed of delivery

Easy to pay. Shipped and received fast. Would use again.

So far I have received one of my items. I ordered another one says it was d so hopped. I also ordered a 3rd one but have not got a tracking number or anything on it

This the second time I have purchased from FreeArt. This time I requested a refund which was completed promply once they received the merchandise.

The 'free' art is really small. I recommend buying a bigger size. The art is free, but the shipping is not.

Love the pictures, but the last two large colored two the prints were not clear should have had them come in black and white

FreeArt provided soe excellent photos of wild animals. However, would have appreciated a sample of what the framed items would look like before I purchased. I would have orered larger frames.

FreeArt has a very nice web site. All of the sizes & prices were very well explained. No one could complain about their selection. My one suggestion, after ordering, there is no mention of shipping/delivery times. Just checked back on website still nothing, order placed 12/21 However there is a phone # to call

The pictures are very good as I expected them to be. However, they were shipped in a good stiff envelope, but the envelope was larger than the photos. They slipped around in the envelope and about half have creases on the margins. The actual picture part is okay, but the edging is and corners are wrinkled and bruised up. I will order more prints, though. I have ordered before and they were packaged better.

I enjoy all the prints from Free art, beautifull pictures and art. The plastic frame that are bought for the free print are nice but the backing is sometimes folded giving a bad image for the presentatation of the print.Frames are cost of $3.99 with the free print.Would be nice to have frames of several colors to choose for the free art prints.

Need to put thicker cardboard in with the photos to prevent bending. Print quality is better than expected. Really glad I found this site.

Easy ordering. Previously ordered a free 8X10 to sample the quality (very good). Would have given 5 stars but no choice of mat color on the 18X24 print I ordered (white only, which was fine). There are frame choices from economy to upscale. Prices on this site are affordable.

5-stars if you order framed prints. Mine came well protected in a box. I took off a star because 11X14 and smaller (prints only, no frames) come in a envelope with just one thin piece of cardboard in with the prints. I've had two envelopes in a row with damaged prints (due to USPS). Perhaps I am just unlucky. Customer service has been good so far and the quality of the prints is very good.

I love the art prints. It was a little hard trying to find some of the artwork I was looking for.
