Easy to pay. Shipped and received fast. Would use again.

I had no problem placing the order, but I haven’t received a waybill number or a shipment, so I’m a bit perturbed.

after i figured it out.. it was easy, i sent the pics to my grandson and ,as of this time, i am unsure of receipt thank you

You really cannot beat the price and plethora of options! This is not the first time I have bought prints from FreeArt, and it is sure not to be the last! The quality of the images in outstanding.

Selection and speed of delivery

FreeArt has a very nice web site. All of the sizes & prices were very well explained. No one could complain about their selection. My one suggestion, after ordering, there is no mention of shipping/delivery times. Just checked back on website still nothing, order placed 12/21 However there is a phone # to call

Your packaging and shipping could use a little help! My shipment was pretty beatup!

There were pictures this time that came out distorted, and a lot of the picture was left off. It probably was because I reduced the edges of the photos to .25" rather than the .5". This is ok, because I have always gotten perfect service. I love you guys!

I liked the prints pretty darn well. Hard to believe for the price of postage I am able to give gifts worth so much more. The only criticism I have is the known problem of identifying a wall cling from a print. Have ordered before and will again.

5-stars if you order framed prints. Mine came well protected in a box. I took off a star because 11X14 and smaller (prints only, no frames) come in a envelope with just one thin piece of cardboard in with the prints. I've had two envelopes in a row with damaged prints (due to USPS). Perhaps I am just unlucky. Customer service has been good so far and the quality of the prints is very good.

ordering was easy. Not a frequent shopper. This was my second order. I think it's cool that you can make adjustments-border,contrast etc. The quality is excellent. I can only speak for the smaller prints. Have not purchased any of the larger or framed and other extras.

FreeArt provided soe excellent photos of wild animals. However, would have appreciated a sample of what the framed items would look like before I purchased. I would have orered larger frames.

Not necessarily their fault but I expected glass rather than a sheet of plastic with the frame when I ordered the picture frames. The plastic does not lay flat as it is a bit warped. Maybe they stated plastic rather than glass and I did not see it.

Easy ordering. Previously ordered a free 8X10 to sample the quality (very good). Would have given 5 stars but no choice of mat color on the 18X24 print I ordered (white only, which was fine). There are frame choices from economy to upscale. Prices on this site are affordable.

One of the prints I ordered looks too pixilated. I won't be framing it. Not happy with the print.

The pictures came fast the only issue is the small border looks bad. So if you order make sure you do full photo.
