I didn't receive Anything. Guess my purchase didn't ho through??

A few the pictures were fine. Two others were odd sizes. The color and clarity of an 11 x 14 print were not what the picture online showed. We cannot use because it is so bad. I think there are better and cheaper sites that I will use in the future.

My order has still not arrived. No tracking! No email telling me it sbipped! Don't know where my order is .Not OK

purchased a 11 by 14 concentric circles in squares and the print mailed to me was not 11 X 14 and was very dull. Note this is the first time you did not get a five star rating from me. In the past all prints have been excellent

I haven't received my package yet, so I rate my experience as 'poor'.

The colors on the art I received did not match the colors of the art displayed on the website. Very disappointing.

I have shopped with them before and it was good. This time awful. The pictures were rolled up so tight and crammed into a tube it was virtually impossible to get out without damaging the photos. I contacted customer service and they informed me that anything that is odd sized is shipped this way. This is a horrible way to ship photos. The photos come curled. But even with that it was so tight it took 2 hours patiently working with it to get it out without damaging anything. My time is worth WAY MORE than that. Not happy about this or this experience. I am not sure I will ever order from here again. I found another site and will probably stick with them.
